Security Lock Distributors, an industry leader in electrical and mechanical door hardware, has acquired the high image distribution facility in Lincolnshire. The building features four interior docks, 21-foot clear ceilings, 4,280-square-foot office, fully air-conditioned facility, epoxy floors and T-5 lighting.
Security Lock has outgrown their current facility in Buffalo Grove, which is currently listed for lease. Jason Talanian of Glenwood Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.
