Entre Commercial Realty LLC announced that John Gazzola & Mike Gazzola of Entre Commercial Realty represented Jimenus, LLC in the acquisition of 727 Larch Avenue, Elmhurst, a 40,180-square-foot property on 1.8 acres, for more than $2 million.
Jimenus is a distributor of steel rule dies, tools, jigs, boards and fixtures. The firm is using the space for warehouse/ manufacturing in response to an expansion in their business, which was located at 220 Gateway Drive, Bensenville.
Located off of York Road along the Eisenhower Expressway, this eastern DuPage County location features easy access to Interstates 290, 294 and the O’Hare submarkets. The property boasts 18-foot clear ceiling height, four docks, and 3000 amp of power. Improvements planned for the building consist of 4,000 square feet of newly designed office with additional upgrades to the exterior facade and landscaping starting in spring of 2015.
