Fontijne Grotnes, an international based company headquartered in the Netherlands, has purchased a 20,746-square-foot facility at 330 Hastings Drive in Buffalo Grove. Fontijne Grotnes is relocating from one of their current facilities in Itasca.
The building features 20-foot clear ceilings, two interior truck docks, 35 car parking, 1.25-acre land site and is located in the Chevy Chase Business Park. Brian Bocci and Nick Walby of Entre Commercial Realty represented the seller. Chris Zubel of CBRE represented the buyer.
