Envoy Net Lease Partners announced the appointment of Sarah Maynard, vice president, to its management team in Northbrook, Illinois, effective immediately.
Maynard will assist Envoy as a closing and due diligence specialist and her role will include collecting and reviewing due diligence items, investment memo compilation and loan closing execution. While at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp, she supported a capital brokerage team for seven years as a processor and closer of commercial real estate loans. During her employment, she worked on closing 330 transactions totaling over $938 million.
“Sarah brings years of experience in assisting borrowers and lenders close transactions,” said Ralph Cram, president. “Her presence on the team will help us improve our execution as we continue to expand our high-leverage, triple-net construction lending program and joint venture investing as well as assisting with property closings for our new net lease acquisition fund, Envoy Stable Income Fund, LLC.”
