Nancy Ryan and Jim Ryan of Equity, Inc., helped close the sale of a 60,000-square-foot-plus office building and 18.7 acres of land in Milford, Ohio.
The property, which sold for $4.8 million, is 100-percent leased by American Nursing Care. FLF Milford, LLC, a Cleveland developer, purchased the property from Neyer Holdings II, Inc.
The deal closed after Jim and Nancy Ryan completed a 10-year lease expansion and extension for American Nursing Care at the office building. FLF Milford was looking for a real estate investment that would bring solid returns. The developer recognized the value of the 10-year lease and the strong credit of American Nursing Care.
