Town Square Wheaton, a 203,000-square-foot, mixed-used lifestyle center located in Wheaton, Illinois, has added HOTWORX to its retail lineup. Now under construction, the fitness brand expects to open its 2,457-square-foot exercise studio at the property in mid-September.
Located at 71 Town Square, HOTWORX will bring Town Square Wheaton visitors virtually instructed exercise programs that use infrared saunas. Operating adjustments per the current COVID-19 situation include touchless exercise studio entry, social distancing and enhanced sanitization procedures among other guidelines for members.
“We are realizing our overarching goal to build a second-to-none merchant collection that not only includes retail, food and beverage choices and convenient lifestyle brands, but one that also offers an array of new and exciting experiences visitors cannot find anywhere else,” said Brad Miller, Hutensky Capital Partners’ vice president for asset management.
HOTWORX will join an expanding collection of retail, food and beverage and service tenants at Town Square Wheaton including newly announced McAlister’s Deli, Warren’s Ale House, Noodles & Company, Egg’lectic Café, Evereve, francesca’s, Talbots, Chico’s, White House | Black Market, Bath & Body Works, LensCrafters and Nothing Bundt Cakes, among many more.
“As long-time Wheaton residents and patrons of the shopping center, we are beyond excited to bring this amazing concept to the property,” said HOTWORX owner, Emily Garrity. “We were pleased to not only see the success of recent outdoor fitness events held at Center Circle Courtyard, but with ownership’s vision for Town Square Wheaton, which validated our belief in the demand for the wellness category by its core consumer.”
