John Sharpe, principal, and Steve Bass, of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC represented building ownership, Stockbridge Capital Group, and John Cassidy and Ken Franzese, both principals of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the tenant in the transaction.
Separately, Accel Inc. leased a 10,136-square-foot industrial building located at 311 Gerri Lane in Addison. Nick Eboli, vice president of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the landlord and Jeff Piser of GC Realty & Development represented the tenant in the transaction.
