Southfield, Michigan-based Farbman Group has helped bring Grassroots Salad Company, a restaurant providing made-to-order salads, wraps and freshly-pressed juices, to the Chase Tower property in Milwaukee.
Grassroots has signed a lease for 2,841 square feet of space in the tower building.
The Grassroots Salad Company will feature counter space where patrons can watch their meal be prepared. The Chase Tower location will be Grassroots Salad Company’s second location and is slated to open in the spring of 2018.
Chase Tower is located on the corner of East Wisconsin Avenue and North Water Street, and includes an attached, newly renovated parking garage with ample parking spaces and multiple covered walkways that connect it to The Shoppes of Grand Avenue, Marriott Residence Inn, Riverside Theater and a number of eateries in downtown Milwaukee.
With recent interior and exterior renovations, including new lighting and painting of the parking garage, the creation of an amenity room, the installation of new carpet and fresh paint throughout the common areas, the 22-story office building features 480,000 square feet of office space
