Farbman Group has finished renovations of The LookOut, an office amenity space, within the Farbman-owned and -managed 100 N. La Salle in Chicago.
The LookOut was transitioned from a 26th-floor penthouse suite into a new lifestyle amenity space. As part of their lease, tenants can reserve days in the space to capitalize on a variety of office needs both personally and professionally.
Key features of the new amenity space include a lounge and dining space, penthouse-worthy views of downtown Chicago, a workout facility and inspiring artwork.
Farbman Group partnered with Michigan-based Soul Studio, an art program and gallery by nonprofit organization Friendship Circle, that provides adults 18+ with special needs a safe space to create and connect through art. Farbman Group commissioned a piece, “Rhythmic Grid Space” by artist Aislinn Wendrow, for the top floor lifestyle space. Wendrow is a multimedia artist who uses unique materials, body movements and rhythms to create her artwork. Her recent work “Rhythmic Grid Space” was transformed into the mural now featured in The LookOut.
Wendrow’s piece is the second of two commissioned artworks from Soul Studios by Farbman Group. The first is featured at Bingham Connect, another interactive amenity space within the firm’s Bingham Office Center in Bingham Farms, Michigan.
