Faropoint announced today the purchase of a 43,538-square-foot industrial facility on 2.5 acres located at 900 Business Center in Mount Prospect, IL. Patrick Turner and Tom Rodeno represented Faropoint and Crosstown Real Estate in the acquisition, which closed on Friday, August 20th.
“900 Business Center is a great addition to our growing Chicago portfolio. The project benefits from its proximity to labor and rooftops, allowing tenants to service the north side of Chicago. 900 Business Center is a multi-tenant building totaling 43,538 square-feet. The project is located in the heart of Mount Prospect within the Opus developed, Kensington Business Center. The building was constructed in 1981 and boasts 18’ clear heights.
