Faropoint has announced the purchase of a 64,002-square-foot industrial facility on 3.1 acres located at 3325 Mount Prospect Road, Franklin Park, IL. Tyler Ziebel, Steven Disse, and Jeffery Devine with Colliers represented the Seller in the transaction, which closed on July 15, 2021. Faropoint was not represented in this transaction.
“This project is our second acquisition in our Chicago portfolio, which we just kicked off about two months ago. This acquisition provides an opportunity to own and manage an asset with a long-term tenant in place, just south of O’Hare International Airport” said Jordan Kovalsky who leads Faropoint’s Midwest operations.

3325 Mount Prospect is a single-tenant building located in the West Cook submarket of Chicago. The property is situated immediately adjacent to I-294 and provides visibility along the interchange. The building itself was constructed in 1966 and boasts 20’ clear heights. It measures approximately 64,002 square-feet and offers four (4) dock-high doors and three (3) drive-in doors. The tenant occupying the project uses the space for national distribution.
