Larry Davis recently joined Minneapolis-based Old Republic National Title Insurance as vice president and director of internal audit.
Davis replaces Kevin Gauer who, after 27 years with the company, is retiring at the end of August.
In his new role, Davis is responsible for managing the internal audit department, which reviews and evaluates the financial and operating activities of Old Republic National Title Insurance, its subsidiaries and its agencies.
Davis comes to Old Republic with more than 30 years experience as a senior financial and internal audit executive. Before joining the company, he served as senior vide president and director of audit services for another large national underwriter.
