JCF Real Estate has completed its final office lease for the first phase of the Corporate Reserve of St. Charles. The newest tenant at the Reserve, Safway Services LLC, leased the remaining 1,850 square feet within 300 Cardinal Drive rendering the building fully-occupied.
Steve Chrastka, vice president of JCF Real Estate, represented ownership in the lease transaction. Safway Services, a full-service scaffold company offering scaffold rental, sales, training, engineering, labor, inventory and project management, was self-represented.
Phase I of the Corporate Reserve consists of two, 15,000-square-foot, single-story office properties featuring efficient layouts, high-quality finishes and direct access to the Great Western Trail.
Chrastka is also currently leading the leasing efforts for Phase II of the Corporate Reserve, which will include two additional 16,000-square-foot, single-story office properties and a three-story Class A office building. Tenants will have the option of leasing between 2,000 and 45,000 square feet of space. The new structures will feature abundant windows for views of the neighboring forest, bike path and natural surroundings. Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2012.
