FitzGerald has announced that Kathy Graham has been made an equity partner of FitzGerald. She joined the firm in 2006 as manager of administration, rose to director of finance and administration, and was named Chief Operating Officer in 2019.
In her role, Kathy provides firm-wide leadership and orchestrates FitzGerald’s resources in pursuit of exceptional project quality, mentorship and growth opportunities for staff, optimal return on corporate investment, and the utmost service to the firm’s clients.
Kathy becomes the first non-architect, and the first woman, to become an equity partner in the firm’s 102-year history. The current partnership represents the seventh generation of ownership, beginning with Maurice Rissman and Leo Hirschfeld in 1919.
