Brian Prince, Vice President of Development with Indianapolis’ Flaherty & Collins, has been appointed to the Urban Land Institute Public/Private Partnership Council.
Prince, who began his career with Flaherty & Collins four years ago, earned his J.D. from Indiana University in 2015. He has several projects under construction, including The Stonewater at the Riverwalk in Elkhart, Indiana, a 200-unit, mixed-use market rate development, and The Mill at Ironworks Plaza, a 232-unit, mixed-use, market rate development in Mishawaka, Indiana. Both projects are public / private partnerships and are in progress to be completed in mid-2019.
Additionally, Prince also has several other projects under development in Valparaiso, Indiana, Warren, Michigan, and Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The ULI Public/Private Partnership Council examines industry practices, financing strategies (both traditional and unique), negotiations, challenging projects, motivations, building and maintaining trust and incorporating additional partners into public/private partnerships.
Prince’s council term will last five years.
