The Woodmont Company, a national real estate firm specializing in the development, acquisition, management, leasing and sale of retail properties, has secured a lease with Floor & Decor for 63,000 square feet of retail space at Temple Mall, a 514,915-square-foot regional mall located at 3111 S. 31st Street in Temple, Texas. The new store is scheduled to open in Q3 of 2023.
Jake McCoy of The Woodmont Company represented the landlord, Temple Mall Realty Holding LLC. Floor & Decor was represented by Bryan Dabbs of BKD Realty.
The Temple Mall is also soon to be home to Today’s Car Wash along S. 31st Street. McCoy brokered the transaction at the start of the year on behalf of the prior mall owner.
Ideally located at the Southeast corner of Highway 190 and South 31st Street, the Temple Mall and surrounding trade area feature some of the nation’s largest retailers including Lowe’s, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Academy Sports, Kohl’s, Party City, Ross, Marshall’s, Staples, H-E-B and Hobby Lobby.
