John Letherman, with Elkhart, Ind.-based FM Stone Commercial, recently represented camping trailer manufacturer Jayco, Inc. in its sale of 14.29 acres of land in Middlebury, Ind.
STCR Real Estate, LLC purchased the property.
Jayco formerly owned both vacant land and manufacturing buildings in the Greenfield Industrial Park in Middlebury. This sale marks the final disposition of all Jayco parcels in the industrial park area.
