ForeBio Properties acquired a manufacturing facility and 2-story office building totaling 124,800 square feet on a 7-acre site.
The mid-century modern building located at 80 North Street in Park Forest, Ill. has been vacant since 2010 and owned by the municipality. The Village of Park Forest applied the Keystone Property Tax bill, according to an announcement.
The tenant, ForeBio Nutrition will use about 40 percent of the facility. The property is located near I-57, I-80, I-394 and Governors State University.
