NAI FMA Realty is organizing an auction of a former call center building in Lincoln, Nebraska.
CGCMT 2008-C7 Innovation Drive, LL has obtained title to the lease-hold interst in the 112,800-square-foot 4600 Innovation Drive office building in Lincoln. Verizon formerly occupied the building.
The property is now available for sale through an auction by the lender.
The auction will take place June 19 through 21 on the Real Insight Marketplace. This is the first time the building is being offered for sale.
The building has freeway frontage and could be used for single or multi-tenant use. All of the space in the building is currently available.
