Phil Simonet, principal with Forte Real Estate Partners, represented Feed My Starving Children in two lease renewals at Armstrong Business Center at 990 Lone Oak Road, in Eagan, Minnesota.
The nonprofit has had its Eagan operations in the same building since 1994. The lease renewal includes two spaces in the building: 31,052 square feet and 7,526 square feet.
Simonet has represented FMSC locally and works with the nonprofit in locations outside of Minnesota on as needed. Current locations include Phoenix, Houston; Schaumburg, Aurora, and Libertyville, Illinois; along with local locations in Eagan, Chanhassen, and Coon Rapids. The nonprofit has also added food-packing events in partner locations across the country.
“We’re so proud to be part of the growth of this amazing nonprofit. They have paved the way for new ways to bring food to disadvantaged locations across the globe and have created an innovative way for volunteers to become involved with the food scarcity challenge,” said Simonet.
