Luther Group Acquisition LLC purchased the 5.47-acre site at W134N5450 Campbell Drive in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, for $850,000. Bob Flood represented the Seller on the transaction. Luther Group intends to build an approx. 79,200-square-foot build-to-suit industrial facility on the parcel, with delivery expected in Q4 of 2023.

Restoration Dental LLC renewed and expanded into 2,272 square feet at 6373 N. Jean Nicolet Road in Glendale, Wisconsin. John Davis and Patti Stevens represented the Owner, BD General LLC.
RDK Foundation leased 5,250 square feet at 325 W. Florida Street in Milwaukee’s historic Walker’s Point neighborhood. Patti Stevens and Scott Revolinski represented the Owner, Florida LLC.
