Founders 3 helps bring temp agency to Milwaukee-area community

Founders 3 Real Estate Services recently closed several transactions in the Milwaukee area, including a 1,805-square-foot lease for Fare Temps at 411 N. Grand Ave. in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Jenna Maguire and John Davis with Founders 3 represented the landlord, 411 Grand Investments LLC.

Disc Centers of America – Brookfield LLC lesaed 1,482 square feet at Stone Ridge III at N14 W23833 Stone Ridge Drive in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Scott Revolinski and Patti Stevens represented the landlord, D&K Management X LLC.

GMET Communication LLC leased 1,136 square feet at 10244 W. National Ave. in West Allis, Wisconsin. Paul McBride and Hakan Hare with Founders 3 represented the landlord, Badger Century Management, in this transaction.
