Four professionals in the Indianapolis office of CBRE have earned title promotions.
Terry Busch has been promoted to Executive Vice President with CBRE Industrial and Logistics. Busch has more than 25 years of experience representing manufacturing and distribution tenants and specializes in leasing and build-to-suit projects. Busch is also a candidate for the CCIM designation.
Andrew Morris and Jeremy Woods have been promoted to Executive Vice President with CBRE Industrial and Logistics. They are partners with more than 42 years of combined industrial commercial real estate experience and primarily focus on advising owners, developers and occupiers in the leasing and development of modern bulk distribution and manufacturing product. They joined CBRE in 2015.
Mike Cook has been promoted to Executive Vice President with CBRE Corporate Services. Cook has more than 27 years of experience working on a wide range of strategic planning and transaction assignments globally, including sale-leasebacks, synthetic structures, and site acquisition and dispositions for office and industrial tenants. He joined CBRE in 2013.
