Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently negotiated the sale of 11,686 square feet of retail space located at 8631 Newburgh Road in Westland, Mich.
The seller, the estate of George Barry, sold the space to Jonna Development, LLC. Dan Verderbar, vice president of brokerage services at Friedman, represented the seller and purchaser in this transaction.
Jonna Development LLC, d.b.a. Picnic Basket, is an enhanced party store that sells party supplies, beers and wines, with multiple locations across Michigan.
