Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently sold a 26,000-square-foot Family Dollar-anchored retail center at 1357-1377 W. Cold Water Road in Flint, Michigan.
Steven Silverman with Friedman represented both the seller and buyer in this transaction.
“The local seller was able to secure a deal with a Texas based 1031 buyer. New ownership plans to capitalize on the value-add lease-up component of the property,” said Silverman in a written statement.
