Alan Stern, a vice president at Friedman Real Estate, and Michele Rosenblum, vice president at Dominion Real Estate Advisors, negotiated a lease for Crunch Fitness’s fifth Michigan location.
The lease includes a 25,345-square-foot building at 2723 Oak Valley Drive in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
This is just the fifth location in Michigan, with additional locations expected.
