Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently negotiated the lease of 8,000 square feet of industrial space located at 6295 Highland Road in Waterford, Mich.
The landlord, TAS, LLC, leased the space to City Electric. Phil Konopitski, senior vice president of brokerage services at Friedman represented the tenant in this transaction.
The new tenant, City Electric Supply, is an electrical wholesale business that services customers in the residential, commercial and industrial markets.
