Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently negotiated the sale of 19,023 square feet of retail space, formerly known as Winner’s Dodge, in Woodhaven, Mich.
The seller, Monroe Bank & Trust, sold the property to Sell’s Equipment.

Sell’s Equipment is a distributor of outdoor equipment, including tractors, lawn and garden care, and snow removal. Sell’s Equipment is relocating its business to the former car dealership building in Woodhaven.
