Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently earned the leasing and management duties of nearly 800,000 square feet of commercial property in Michigan.
Timberland II, III and IV are three of the commercial buildings Friedman now manages in Troy, Mich., buildings that total more 350,000 square feet.
Friedman was also awarded the management of the historic Waters Building, a 280,000-square-foot office building built in Grand Rapids, Mich. In addition to office space, the Waters Building houses a large conference facility and features on-site management and a full-service restaurant.
Friedman now handles the management and leasing of a 75,000-square-foot office/research facility in Farmington Hills, Mich. The hi-tech facility consists of 50,000 square feet of upgraded office space plus 25,000 square feet of high-bay flex lab space.
Finally, Friedman is now handling the leasing and management of The Wabeek Building, a 50,000-square-foot art deco office and retail building in the heart of downtown Birmingham, Mich. The building’s unique features include rich marble walls and floors, hand-painted ceilings, and bronze elevator doors.
