Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently sold an 85,000-square-foot retail plaza in Westland, Mich.
The plaza is anchored by Dick’s Sporting Goods and Garden City Hospital.
Friedman’s Kevin George, senior vice president of brokerage services, represented the seller in the transaction.
Dick’s Sporting Goods Plaza was built in 1995 and is located adjacent to the Westland Center, a 1.2-million-square-foot re-energized super regional mall. The retail plaza also has high visibility on Central City Parkway.
