Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions was recently awarded management and leasing of more than 240,000 square feet of retail and office space in the metropolitan Detroit area.
The first property, Northridge Commons, is a 125,700-square-foot retail center located at 33523 East Eight Mile Road in Livonia, Mich. The second property, Vanguard Center, is a 115,631-square-foot office building located at 23800 West 10 Mile Road in Southfield, Mich.
Friedman’s management division plans to make improvements to both Northridge Commons and Vanguard Center. Friedman will be adding monument signs at Northridge Commons alongside 8 Mile road to attract more consumers to the retail center. Friedman will also be updating Vanguard Center’s atrium vegetation and landscaping the exterior grounds.
Northridge Commons and Vanguard Center add to Friedman’s more than 16,000,000-square-foot national management portfolio of office, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties.
