Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions will auction a 114,255-square-foot office building in Southfield, Mich., and a 101-unit multi-family community in Westland, also in Michigan, on Feb. 12.
Both properties will be auctioned by Friedman’s Barry Swatsenberg, national director of investment and loan sale services, and Rich Deptula, senior vice president of investment and loan sale services.
The Vanguard Center is a 114,255-square-foot office building located at 23800 West Ten Mile Road in the heart of Southfield. The starting bid will be $1 million for the two-story multi-tenant office building.
Waterbury Apartments is a 101-unit multi-family property at 108 Waterbury Court in Westland. The garden-style community is made up of 16 buildings. The starting bid for this property is $700,000.
