Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions has renovated more than 250,000 square feet of office space at 750 Tower Drive in Troy, Mich., to increase its appeal to potential buyers.
The space is part of the North Troy Corporate Park, a 1.2-million-square-foot headquarters-quality Class-A office park.
Since being retained for leasing and property management of the park in June of 2012, Friedman’s construction and design team has spearheaded a comprehensive plan to modernize the building’s atrium and common areas in an effort to drive leasing activity, increase occupancy and add value to the park.
This includes an extensive lobby reconstruction with tile flooring, granite accents and wood panels imported from around the world.
