Fulton Street Companies (FSC), along with partner Fred Latsko of Latsko Interests, the visionary who brought Guinness Open Gate Brewery to Chicago, announced that Heisler Hospitality (Heisler) has signed a 10,000-square-foot, full building lease for 165 N. Morgan St. in Chicago’s Fulton Market. Led by veteran entrepreneur Matt Eisler and designer Kevin Heisner, Heisler will open Pizza Lobo in the space in Summer 2024.
165 N. Morgan St. is one of the only single tenant buildings offering a private, 2,500-square-foot outdoor courtyard in Fulton Market. It is located just steps from the Morgan “L” stop and across the street from several under construction residential towers.
FSC purchased the property in December 2021 from a private investor. It was previously housed Tenzing Wine & Spirits’ corporate offices.
This will be Heisler’s fourth establishment in the area and second in the Fulton Market neighborhood. The restaurateurs also operate Nights & Weekends and Lone Wolf in the West Loop, and Estereo FM in Fulton Market.
Fulton Street Companies was founded in 2017 by Najem and partner Ross Babel and specializes in the development and redevelopment of iconic properties with iconic brands in Chicago’s hottest neighborhood, Fulton Market. Last week the company announced it broke ground on Chicago’s newest office tower at 919 W. Fulton Market St. where Gibsons recently signed a 15,000-square-foot, ground floor lease for its newest concept. FSC also announced it signed Bathhouse to a long-term, build-to-suit lease for a 40,000-square-foot building at 1010 W. Madison St. in Chicago.
