St. Louis-based Gateway Commercial|Cushman & Wakefield recently represented The Lincoln National Life Insurance Company in the sale of North Broadway Distribution Center, a 420,000-square-foot modern bulk warehouse located in St. Louis.
The purchase price came in at more than $12.2 million, or $26.17 a square foot. The buyer, Exeter 6504 Prescott Avenue, purchased the building as a speculative investment.
