General RV, a seller of recreational vehicles, has hired Principle Construction Services to expand its property by building a maintenance facility at 14000 Automall Drive in Huntley, Ill.
The 14,000-square-foot building will include eight service bays for RV repairs and preparation, two offices and RV-washing facilities on five acres. This adds to the existing 35,244 square foot building and more than eight acres of show lot already on the site.
“We started working with General RV in 2009, when the company first relocated to the Huntley Automall,” said James Brucato of Principle Construction Corp. in a written statement. “Since then, they have been so happy with our work, they didn’t consider working with another contractor. It has been our pleasure to have such a great client”
Timothy Morgan and Associates will provide architectural services for the project. Principle’s Mike Long will be the project manager and Tom Sterbenz will act as superintendent. Phillip Waters of Horizon Group represented General RV.
