Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Comfort Inn & Suites, a 90-room hospitality property located in Geneva, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. he three-story, upper midscale hotel was built in 2000 and sold for $6,275,000.
Ebrahim Valliani, a senior associate, Michael Klar, an associate, Scott D. Harris, senior managing director investments, Allan Miller, senior vice president investments, and Chris Gomes, senior managing director investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook, Austin and Dallas offices, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller. Valliani, Klar, Miller and Gomes also represented the buyer.
Comfort Inn & Suites is located at 1555 E. Fabyan Pkwy in Kane County, across the way from Aldi Headquarters, 40 miles from Downtown Chicago and 11 miles from O’Hare International Airport.
