The former 2,822-square-foot Dunkin’ Donuts building on Groesbeck Highway in Clinton Township, Michigan, just north of 15 Mile Road, has been sold to a Captain D’s restaurant franchisee.
Headquartered in Nashville, Captain D’s fast-casual seafood restaurant has more than 500 location in 22 states. This will be the first Captain D’s restaurant in Michigan.
Tjader Gerdom and Vicki Gutowski of Gerdom Realty & Investment listed the property and Matt Croswell of CBRE represented the buyer.
