Cleveland’s Goodman Real Estate Services Group recently completed a deal to bring a new Bob Evans restaurant to Cedar Road in South Euclid, Ohio.
Bob Evans is a restaurant, food service, processing and retail company based in Columbus, Ohio, since 1953. The chain has grown to nearly 570 locations in 23 states, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic, Midwestern and upper Southern States. The company also offers a variety of its products to retail grocery markets.
