Goodman Real Estate Services Group closed two leases at The Shoppes at Willoughby Hills, a retal center at Interstate-90 and Bishop Road in Willoughby Hills, Ohio.

The Salvation Army will occupy 24,500 square feet in the former AJ Wright location. It will open in the late summer. Aspire Fitness has leased the former OfficeMax location, which it will expand to 40,000 square feet.

This will be Aspire’s first Five Diamond Club in Northeast Ohio, and will offer an indoor swimming pool, indoor regulation-size basketball court and other amenities.

Zachary Sogoloff and Seth Marks with Goodman Real Estate Services Group represented the landlord in these transactions.
