Lyndhurst, Ohio-based Goodman Real Estate Services Group recently leased a 7,649-square-foot space at Avon Commons in Avon, Ohio, to discount retailer Five Below.
Avon Commons is the largest power center in the Cleveland metropolitan area. The center is anchored by companies such as Target, Costco, Kohl’s, Marshalls , Old Navy, Target, Michaels, World Market, Heinen’s Supermarket, The Home Depot and Ethan Allen.
Five Below sellers merchandise to the teen and pre-teen market. The reatiler’s name refers to the fact that everything costs between $1 and $5.
