Goodman Real Estate Services Group of Cleveland recently closed a pair of deals bringing Planet Fitness to the Clocktower Plaza in Lima, Ohio, and the Solon Square retail center in Solon, Ohio.
Kyle Hartung, senior associate and director of investment sales with Goodman, represented Planet Fitness in both transactions.
