Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC of Cleveland recently completed four deals for the Points East shopping center in Mentor, Ohio, bringing Melt Bar & Grilled, ZOUP!, Champion Personnel System and Spirit Halloween to the center.

Melt Bar and Grilled offers gourmet grilled-cheese sandwiches and beer. This will be Melt’s fourth location.
ZOUP! features hundreds of soup recipes with 12 rotating daily varieties. ZOUP! began in 1997 and now has locations in 13 states.

Spirit Halloween is a seasonal retailer first established in 1983. In 1999, Spirit Halloween was acquired by Spencer Gifts LLC and operated 63 seasonal locations. Today the company operates 850 seasonal locations in 48 states, an increase of 150 stores since their 2009 season. The typical store opens around Labor Day weekend and closes in early November.
