Chandler Kennell has joined the brokerage team at Grand Rapids, Michigan-based NAI Wisinski of West Michigan.
With a background in healthcare and retail real estate, Kennell brings exceptional expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing to the firm.
In his previous role at Thomas Park, a private equity healthcare real estate firm based in Washington, D.C., Kennell spearheaded the acquisition of 21 medical outpatient properties, totaling an impressive $230 million in gross asset value. He worked closely with institutional joint venture partners to source, negotiate, and close new real estate opportunities while collaborating with doctors and healthcare systems to optimize real estate outcomes.
Prior to his work at Thomas Park, Kennell worked on asset management at Realterm, a private equity industrial real estate firm. Prior to Realterm, he supported a high-producing investment sales team at Cushman & Wakefield.
