Grandbridge Real Estate Capital recently closed a $12.3 million first mortgage loan secured by Botts Road Distribution Center, a 499,144-square-foot industrial building in Grandview, Mich.
The acquisition was completed by Kansas City-based senior vice president Joseph Platt.
Funding for the fixed-rate loan was provided by Nationwide Insurance.
