GrandStay Hospitality, LLC the franchisor for GrandStay Hotel & Suites, GrandStay Residential Suites Hotel and Crossings by GrandStay introduces Eric Tweten, Vice President of Franchise Sales and Development.

Eric joins GrandStay Hospitality with over 20 years’ experience in franchising, hotel and restaurant management and operations. Most recently Eric served as a Regional Manager with Ledgestone Hospitality, where he oversaw the operations of multiple branded hotels. While serving those hotels he supported them through the management of financial statements, budget preparation, sales and marketing, yield management, vendor relations and human resources. Eric spent a great part of his career as an entrepreneur as an Area Director with Quiznos. There he gained expertise in franchise sales, site selection, lease negotiation, investor relations, banker relations, and bringing a project from conception to fruition.

Eric is responsible for the day-to-day franchise sales and development activities of GrandStay Hospitality. His responsibilities include working with prospective franchisees, developers, land owners, economic developers and the banking community. He will focus on building our brand footprint and will seek out new hotel locations and conversions.

“Adding Eric to our staff is part of a growth strategy that GrandStay has embarked on for new build and conversion hotels”, said GrandStay President Jon Kennedy. “We are a brand on the move with seven hotels currently under construction and we anticipate a progressive increase in the GrandStay footprint”, added Kennedy.
