Great Lakes Capital has acquired the 11 properties in the Silvercreek Retail Portfolio. The 11 shopping centers are located west of Indianapolis throughout Northern Indiana.
The properties total about 150,000 square feet, and were purchased by Great Lakes Capital through its Credit Opportunity Fund I.
Great Lakes Capital plans to renovate the properties.
