Chicago-based Greater Illinois Title Company has opened a full-service title insurance and closing operation in Indiana.
Greater Indiana Title Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Greater Illinois Title Company, opened its main office in Merrillville, Ind., and closing locations in the Indiana communities of Munster, Valparaiso and St. John.
Cindy Colvin has joined Greater Indiana Title Company as a senior commercial escrow officer. She most recently worked as a commercial closing officer and account manager for a major title company, and has been in the industry for more than 20 years.
Kristin Busch has joined the company as executive account manager. She has 15 years of industry experience.
