CBRE represented Green Griffith & Borg-Breen in a 10,000-square-foot office lease at 676 N. Michigan Ave. in Chicago, Illinois.
Green Griffith is an intellectual property law firm and is relocating from 455 N. Cityfront Plaza Drive. The firm will occupy one of the highest floors at its new location and have access to four outdoor terraces.
Jon Milonas and Dan Persa of CBRE represented Green Griffith in the lease. Michael Kazmierczak and Ellen Zalatoris of CBRE represented the landlord.
