Green Rush: Minnesota’s $1.5 billion cannabis market needs brokers now

Minnesota’s projected $1.5 billion recreational cannabis market is now in full swing. In June, 3,535 cannabis licenses were issued, and 95% of those operators now need commercial real estate to launch their businesses.

From outdoor and indoor cultivation to manufacturing, extraction, and dispensary locations, the demand spans agricultural, industrial, and retail properties that must be bought or leased immediately.

Stephen Dombrovski, formerly the owner of Suntide Commercial Realty, is now the Lead Consultant with Minnetonka, Minnesota-based Meta Commercial Cannabis. He and the MCC team are at the forefront of connecting cannabis operators with the right commercial spaces.

With years of experience in complex, high-demand markets, Dombrovski brings the knowledge and connections needed to navigate the unique zoning, lending, insurance, licensing, and compliance challenges that come with cannabis real estate.

Meta Commercial Cannabis has seen a major influx of referrals and organic leads, and the demand is growing faster than the current team can serve. To keep pace, the brokerage is seeking four to five motivated commercial brokers ready to match cannabis operators with their ideal locations in agriculture, industrial and retail. Brokers joining Meta can also continue representing their existing commercial clients, expanding their business in both cannabis and traditional sectors.

For commercial brokers looking to enter one of Minnesota’s fastest-growing markets with an industry leader by their side, the time to move is now.
